Luke Bradshaw
Sports and Rehab Osteopath
Luke has over 10 years of experience working with the body. As an osteopath, he has a particular interest in treating athletes, dancers, musicians, and physical performers. He understands the unique need of dancers seeking a therapist who "gets it." Luke has worked with performers from companies such as The National Ballet de Marseille, Teaċ Daṁsa, Little Gay Brother, English National Opera, The Royal Opera, and various West End productions. Additionally, he enjoys working with a range of athletes, from amateur triathletes and CrossFit enthusiasts to elite track and field athletes, particularly in sprint and hurdle events - this includes athletes from both Team GB and the Belgian national team.
Before becoming an osteopath, Luke had an exciting career as a professional dancer, leading dance, movement, and yoga workshops internationally. While studying at the University College of Osteopathy, he served as Head Trainer of Calisthenics and Mobility at BLOK. He continues to deliver strength and conditioning sessions at Warrior, helping clients recover from injuries or surgeries. He has a keen interest in functional exercise and skills-based training.
Luke employs various treatment modalities, including manual therapy, shockwave therapy, manipulations, western medical acupuncture, and exercise prescription, to achieve optimal results for his clients
