Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be fully charged, and insurers do not pay cancellation fees.
Why we have a cancellation policy
We have a waiting list of patients trying to get in to see us. We often need 48 hours to be able to contact them.
Our therapists are paid by the hour based on how many patients they see, and any late cancellations mean they remain unpaid for that time, but don’t have a chance to refill the time slot.
We do all we can to communicate your appointment time to you.
We send confirmation emails and texts when you book, a 48 hour text and sms reminder and a 2 hour reminder sms.
If cancellation charges remain unpaid, we will not rebook you.
