  • Starting with a FREE assessment, our professional physiotherapists will carry out a thorough evaluation of your overall fitness, injury type and understand your goals. We’ll discuss types of rehabilitation and alternative exercises to maintain and improve your condition and create a tailored programme for you.

    The classes include the latest techniques and technology to get you back to your pre-injury level of fitness.

  • The Come Back Club is designed for anyone who wants to stay fit but has injury, illness or other conditions that means they are struggling. We help gym regulars who have picked up an injury, weekend sport players who had to stop due to injury or pain as well as people suffering from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. If you’re pre-operation, post-operation or struggling since an accident, we can also help to give you more strength and control.

    We also work to prevent injury and can offer programmes tailored to hypermobility and other joint issues that can mean you are more likely to pick up an injury.

  • We’re offering professional-quality rehabilitation programmes for everyone. You don’t have to be a professional athlete or someone who is in the gym every day, the Come Back Club is here to everyone get back to sport, enjoy running or cycling again and come back stronger after injury or setbacks.

  • We need to assess you so we can create the best possible exercise programme for you. It is completely FREE and will give you the benefit of decades of experience from our team to help you get back to the sport or exercise you love.

  • Everyone is different and will respond differently to exercises but when you are assessed by us we will create a tailored exercise programme which will give you the steps to go through in order to improve your fitness and rehabilitate after injury.

  • Yes! You can choose from pay as you go classes, book a block of 12 or unlimited access to our Monday - Saturday schedule. The more you book in advance, the cheaper the individual classes are. Our unlimited package works out to just £6 per class.

  • You don’t need to wear anything special, just clothes you would normally wear to do a workout or sport in. The only thing to remember is that we need access to the skin on the part of the body where the injury is. So if you’ve injured your knee, wear some shorts.

  • Just yourself, a towel and some water.

  • We specialise in knee injuries such as ACL.
